The Membership Committee is responsible for increasing Insurance Collection Executives membership; promoting Insurance Collection Executives within the insurance industry and ensuring Insurance Collection Executives is meeting the needs of its members.

Membership Committee Goals
- New Members:
- Continue efforts to identify new Property & Casualty and Agent and Broker companies as candidates to become members to Insurance Collection Executives
- Exercise a more targeted effort to explore opportunities to add member companies who specialize in either Workers Compensation or Personal Lines
- New Conference Attendees:
- Solicit non-member companies as potential conference attendees in order to introduce them to the benefits of Insurance Collection Executives
- Committee Endeavors:
- Support successful transition of new Committee Chair and Co- Chair into new roles while fulfilling needs of existing committee members
- Identify potential new members for committee to realize Personal Lines and Workers Compensation representation
- First-Timers:
- Continue to deliver the framework for a successful “First Timers” conference experience
- Assist the Planning Committee in coordinating the First Timers conference event
- Perform post-conference Follow-up with first time conference attendees
- Membership Satisfaction & Engagement:
- Encourage conference attendance among member companies
- Partner with Committee Chairs to confirm if additional committee members are needed, and contact those candidates in order to explore their interest in serving
- Follow-up with members to ensure the accuracy of their Membership Profiles
- Support the Annual Membership Drive:
- Send e-mails to membership to ensure that they have received their Renewal Invoices and to verify that Insurance Collection Executives has their most current contact information on file
- Update membership contacts accordingly
- Follow-up with unpaid invoices 30 days past due date
- Contact members who non-renew their memberships to determine cause, and report back findings to Insurance Collection Executives Board. (i.e., exit survey/interview)
- Support Expansion of Exhibitors:
- Explore opportunities to diversify Insurance Collection Executives conference exhibitors
- Coordinate with the Insurance Collection Executives Executive Director to maximize the number, and variety of services represented by Insurance Collection Executives conference exhibitors and sponsors
