2019 ICE Conference in Denver, CO
Join us in Denver, Colorado for our Annual ICE Conference where you will experience an agenda rich in industry speakers, educational sessions, round table discussions, networking opportunities, and exposure to state-of-the-art exhibitor products and services.
Registration Information:
Your registration fee of $550 for attendees working for ICE member companies includes all conference related meals, reception and associated events. Optional events are described and additional charges are noted on the conference registration form. Travel and hotel accommodations and related charges are not included and are your personal responsibility. The registration fee for non-members includes all the same benefits and is $1000.
Non-Employee Guest:
Attendees and exhibitors may bring one non-employee guest to TopGolf or the History Colorado Center Excursion (concurrent events), and the Kickoff Event at Balistreri Winery. You may register your guest for any of these events at an additional cost that is detailed in each event description.
Exhibitors:
If you will be exhibiting at this year's conference, when completing your personal registration, please select "Exhibitor" as your Registration type. Please DO NOT register as a "Guest".
Hotel Rooms:
Join us at the 2019 ICE Conference at the Westin Denver Downtown, Denver, CO.
Hotel guests will guarantee their reservation with a credit card, but will not be charged until check-in.
The rate includes:
Resort fee
High-speed internet in guest rooms
Access to fitness center with room key
Bottled water
In order to ensure the group rate, your reservation must be made on September 27, 2019. After that date, we cannot guarantee the rate or availability.

Dress Code:
ICE conference attendees are required to wear business casual attire (no jeans or shorts) to all core business segments. Casual attire is allowed for all optional Sunday events, Monday night’s Kick-off at Balistreri Winery and on Wednesday (which for many is a travel day).
Please Note:
ICE is unable to accept or consider annual conference registration requests from any international attendee unless they are referred by an existing ICE member. ICE reserves the right to decline application to attend its annual conference for any reason.

In planning our annual conference, ICE strives to provide the highest conference value at the lowest possible price.
Your conference registration includes: all educational sessions, Monday’s Welcome Lunch, our Kick-off Event at Balistreri Winery, our annual Premier Networking Reception and Dinner, plus three breakfasts, Tuesday lunch, and all conference breaks. We offer several optional events on Sunday, October 20 which are detailed later in the registration form.

Optional TopGolf - Runs Concurrently with the History Colorado Center: Oct 20 from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Details:
Feedback from last year’s conference was that TopGolf was a great networking experience for avid golfers and hackers alike! So…we are heading to the exciting TopGolf Centennial which is a state-of-the-art facility just a short bus ride from the Westin. Don’t delay when registration opens since space is limited…first come, first served.
This event requires advanced registration and a fee of $50 per participant.
PLEASE NOTE: This event runs concurrently with the History Colorado Center event so please do not register for both.

Optional History Colorado Center - Runs concurrently with TopGolf: Oct 20 from 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Details:
Enjoy a true Colorado experience and learn about the Centennial State through a series of state-of-the-art interactive displays and presentations. Try a simulated ski jump where you’ll feel the wind in your face, calculate the environmental impact of your morning routine, learn about the dust storms that wreaked havoc on the Colorado Plains and so much more! Join us for a quick bus ride to the Downtown section of Denver for a 90-minute guided tour of the museum. You can continue your visit at the museum or take advantage of some of the restaurants and picturesque sites in the area before boarding the bus for the trip back to the hotel. When registration opens, don’t delay in signing up for this event; space is limited.

Kickoff Event at Balistreri Winery: Oct 21 from 5:45 pm - 9:45 pm
Details:
Board the bus to a great networking experience at Balistreri which is a family-owned award-winning vineyard just outside downtown Denver. If wine is not your thing, don’t worry…in addition to Balistreri’s wines, we will be tasting Colorado micro-brews, Rocky Mountain sodas and Celestial Seasonings teas- all Colorado products. Our menu for the evening will feature mouth-watering recipes made with local meats and produce. In addition to sampling the food and beverages and networking with ICE colleagues, you can take a guided tour of the winery, listen to live entertainment or try your skill at Giant Jenga or other lawn games before boarding the buses to head back to the Westin. You don’t want to miss this networking event.
