2023 ICE Conference - Member Registration
Join us in Carlsbad, CA for our Annual ICE Conference where you will experience an agenda rich in industry speakers, educational sessions, round table discussions, networking opportunities, and exposure to state-of-the-art exhibitor products and services.

Sunday's Reconnecting Event on the Ocean View Terrace
Monday's Beach Bash on the Ocean Blue Lawn
Tuesday's Prize-Winning Cocktail Reception (Ocean View Terrace) and Recognition Dinner (Ocean View Atrium)

Guests*:
For Carlsbad 2023, guests are welcome to join us at Monday's Beach Bash ($175 fee). Registration and payment is required at the time of your registration. Please understand that this is the only event open to your guests. Guests are not included in breakfasts, lunches or dinners during the conference. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with our guest policy.
*Guests are defined as partners, spouses, friends-- not work colleagues.
Please Note:
ICE is unable to accept or consider annual conference registration requests from any international attendee unless they are referred by an existing ICE member. ICE reserves the right to decline application to attend its annual conference for any reason.

Monday Kickoff Event
Details:
This year’s kickoff is a California beach party featuring your favorite beach cocktails and a bountiful beach clambake with all the fixings! Join us at The Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa's Ocean Blue Lawn where you’ll have a chance to hang out with friends while you listen to live beach music, help paint a surfboard that will be donated to a local non-profit surf clinic for under-served groups, jump on a blender bike to power your blender for a frozen beverage or watch Monday Night Football….all with the Pacific Ocean sunset as the backdrop.
This event is included in your conference registration, but requires advanced registration (no fee) to attend.
Optional: Your guest* is invited to attend this event for a fee of $175; you will be billed separately for your guest.
