Technology Committee Goals
- New member engagement: Create an onboarding podcast (voiced over video) that outlines:
- Our mission and values
- Committees overview
- Website overview (focus on the forum)
- Conference registration process
- Goals of the yearly conference
- First Timer experience
- Membership renewal process
- Supplement new members and vendor sourcing. Create a sourcing podcast (voiced over video) that outlines:
- Our mission and values
- Value proposition of the organization
- Benchmarking committee goals: Question of the month and surveys
- Education committee goals: Webinars and training, Professional Designation Program
- Social Media/LinkedIn. Create content, likely short podcasts (voiced over video) that highlight the following:
- Each committee Chair will voiceover content to showcase the mission and goals of the committee
- Get a testimonial from a 1st Timer to promote the association
- Get a testimonial from a veteran member to promote the association
- Gary or Annette to voiceover content promoting the conference
- Vlogs at the annual conference posted real time
- Promote/influence in some manner usage of the annual association app.
